Josefina’s inn features two suites, two full and two half bathrooms, an upgraded kitchen, an indoor greenhouse, foyer, office, a large storage room and two living spaces, one is a small intimate area with a working fireplace, and the second a large event center designed to accommodate occasions such as office gatherings, and weddings. It also has its own parking lot.
The two suites, one King Suite and one Queen Suite, are sanctuaries, designed with peace and relaxation in mind. Both suites have separate parlors being used as small living areas, private bathrooms, working kiva fireplaces, built in shelving, their own refrigerated central air unit with remote control, and double doors that open right out onto the indoor greenhouse.
What sets them apart: The King Suite is larger. It has carpet throughout except its bathroom, which has tile flooring, a built-in vanity, and a rustic tiled shower with tub combination that matches the countertops. The Queen Suite has tile throughout and exposed brick, a beautiful setting for a dreamy getaway. From the bedroom there is a step down into a parlor being used as a small private living area, making the setup of the parlor a bit more private than the King Suite. It also has two double doors that exit into the greenhouse instead of one.
The indoor greenhouse is a unique gem, with lime trees, birds of paradise, ivy, and many other botanical items. It is easily accessible from the event room, both suites, and the backyard with parking lot area. The beautiful vigas that run throughout the interior of the inn have been refinished, along with upgraded electrical and heating/cooling.
